Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a Head of Global Account Management to lead a global team responsible for managing our Publisher business. Based in NY and reporting to the Publisher GM, this position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Account Management professional to lead a growing global team with members located in the US, UK and Tel Aviv. 


● Lead the team responsible for day-to-day management and communication with all publisher partners (teams and partners located in the US, UK and TLV).

● Build and operationalize a structure meant to provide 360 Publisher support to both Publisher Editorial and Business Teams.

● Work in tandem with the Business Development and Content teams to implement a process to launch and train new publisher partnerships on all available EX.CO tools.

● Liaise with AdOps to analyze partner performance and identify optimizations both at scale and at an individual partner level.

● Consult regularly with partners to understand their current needs with the goal of growing and solving pain points.

● Work alongside the product team on feature requests, product enhancements, content formats and reporting requests from publishers.

● Help the team troubleshoot and resolve technical and reporting issues, escalating to Tech, Content, Data or AdOps teams when needed.

● Ensure all payments are made on-time and any issues are resolved with the Finance team.

● Contribute to special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management



●  5+years of account management experience, preferably in programmatic advertising or ad tech, including two years as a direct manager.

● Fundamental understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, publisher landscape and the online advertising industry.

● Ability to take ownership, proactively solve problems and be flexible to react to changing priorities.

● Proven track record of building, retaining and scaling processes within a globally growing business.

● Analytical data skills.

● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

● Self-starter that desires to be a key contributor and strong team leader.

● Excellent communication and organization skills.

● Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
