Your Story: 

We are currently seeking a Partnership Director that will be based in the New York metro area. In this role, you will be a key member of our Demand team responsible for identifying, negotiating, closing and managing OLV partnerships with key agencies and brands. 


  • Generate managed service and programmatic revenue from brands and agencies by presenting EX.CO’s media solutions to high-value accounts.
  • Articulate our unique value proposition through outcome-oriented proposals that meet client objectives and solve their challenges.
  • Provide real-time marketplace feedback to our team to inform product and business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain agency account relationships at all personnel levels with an intelligent approach and understanding of what drives partnerships.
  • Manage the client-facing sales cycle, from getting ahead of the RFP process to execution to post-campaign communication of successes and challenges.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Operations, Product, and Publisher Development) to ensure the success and growth of partnerships.
  • Accurately report sales activity and expertly manage forecasting pipeline.
  • Attend industry events and represent EX.CO with the highest level of integrity.
  • Be an advocate of our platform and the video ecosystem we are creating. 


  • You have 5+ years of in-territory ownership and book-carrying sales roles in the digital media, programmatic, publishing, and/or data space.
  • You are an expert in the evolving programmatic landscape including the client, agency, trading desk, and platform supply path.
  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are eager to become a demand expert at EX.CO, evangelizing our value to your clients.
  • You demonstrate extraordinary communication skills, attention to detail, and mastery of numbers.
  • Your colleagues, managers, and clients come to you for your perspective and your honesty. 

The pay range for this position in New York is $130,000 – $180,000
