Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who is expertise in Javascript, with a strong background in video products to join our player development team and drive the development of EX.CO’s video player for top-tier publishers, a seven digit revenue generating product. As a developer at EX.CO you will develop our video player using the latest technologies; implement scalable, complex flows, shape up UX, improve user interactions and flows, and overall improve our core product. 

 

Long story short, you will:

• Optimize the player flow and load time for the maximum speed.
• Own the design, execution, quality and end-to-end delivery of a highly scalable video player.
• Improve player architecture to support current and future initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create a product roadmap and maintain an ongoing technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with the product analysts team to optimize product based on relevant KPIs.

   

And will be awesome if you have:

• 6+ years of experience in Vanilla JavaScript and strong experience with Typescript.
• Experience with complex client side architecture, asynchronous request handling and page performance.
• Familiarity with both FE and BE technologies (Webpack, Nodejs, MongoDB, CDN/Redis).
• Experience with front-end test frameworks (Jest and Mocha).
• Experience working in a cloud based environment with deep knowledge in AWS services, Microservices and Docker.
