EX.CO Technologies Ltd. (“we” or “EX.CO“) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone using our platform (including our video player, website and related products), and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Measures to support accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of our platform:

  • Integrate accessibility into our procurement and development processes and practices.
  • Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.
  • Include people with disabilities in our staff.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding difficulty accessing or using EX.CO website and products without undue delay.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

EX.CO makes its best efforts to comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA requirements.

That means that although we make our best efforts, some parts of our products and content do not fully conform to the aforementioned accessibility standard.
