Your Story:

As a Full Stack Developer at EX.CO, you will develop our platform using the latest technologies and modern architecture. You'll implement scalable, complex flows, shape user experiences, and continuously improve our core platform.

Your role will focus on building core capabilities for EX.CO's publishers-first OVP solution. You'll contribute to architectural decisions, participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build a great product that enhances our platform's capabilities and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Long story short, you will:

• Own the design, execution, quality and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Improve platform architecture to support current and future initiatives.
• Improve EX.CO's development cycle working with DevOps to optimize git flows and CI/CD processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React state management libraries (Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Strong understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, and API best practices.
• Proven experience designing and building scalable backend services and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience implementing asynchronous communication patterns between services (message queues, event-driven systems, pub/sub)
• Proficiency working with databases including MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) including deploying, monitoring, and operating production systems
• Strong testing background with automated test suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a self-driven, proactive approach to work
