What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the Full Recruitment Cycle, managing the entire global recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending offers. This includes conducting phone and behavioral interviews.
  • Support the Recruitment Team– Focus on coordinating recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, managing communication with candidates, ensuring smooth process flow) and sourcing top talent across multiple markets. Maintain recruitment systems (e.g., Comeet) and track key hiring metrics to enable the team’s success.
  •  Experience working with U.S.-based teams and managing recruitment processes aligned with U.S. time zones when needed. Brings flexibility and cultural understanding to support hiring efforts.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders, work closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop strategic talent pipelines and refine hiring practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Implement Data-Driven Processes, use Comeet, and multiple metrics to implement effective, data-driven hiring processes that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Lead Employer Branding Initiatives, drive creative recruiting and branding initiatives to enhance the employer brand both internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and reputation across all candidate touchpoints.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years as a recruiter in the high-tech industry.
  • Interviewing Skills, Proven expertise in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
  • Strong skills in managing relationships and building partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Effective in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills across various interfaces.
  • Driven, independent, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
