Office Manager & Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

Your Story:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment while supporting employee well-being and company culture.



Location: New York, NY (on-site presence required three times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What You’ll Do:

  • ⁠Provide personal assistance to the CEO and C-level executives
  • ⁠Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workspace
  • ⁠Manage and track office budget and expenses
  • ⁠Hold a position of trust and confidentiality
  • ⁠Manage office supplies, deliveries, and facility-related needs
  • Ensure ongoing office maintenance and resolve facility issues proactively
  • ⁠Act as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and building management
  • ⁠Collaborate with additional company office sites as needed
  • ⁠Assist with onboarding new hires and general administrative support
  • ⁠Support employee well-being initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  •  Plan and coordinate company events, holiday celebrations, and team activities
  • Welcome and assist guests and visitors



What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)
