EX.CO is looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic HRBP to be a part of our global HR activity. Long Story short. You will:
- Build strong relationships with leaders and managers across the organization to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers on various people-related matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.
- Coach and guide managers on performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend interventions to improve performance and productivity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support EX.CO's culture, values, and strategic objectives.
It will be awesome if you have:
- 2+ years of experience as an HRBP in a global hi-tech company (preferably startups)
- Experience with in-house talent acquisition in hi-tech companies (deep HR interviews – must!)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree – Must, MBA/MA – Advantage
- Strong consultation skills, including the ability to challenge and impact senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to build and manage effective internal programs, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills - writing and verbal.
- Excellent English – writing and verbal.
