Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a talented, passionate Content Marketing Specialist, to join our Growth Marketing team. The Content Marketing Specialist will research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, growing inbound organic traffic, and more. As part of the position, they will be a crucial part of shaping the overall marketing strategy including writing and editing content for organic content marketing materials (i.e. blog posts, social posts), SEO and landing page content, as well as event management - from content to coordination and production.

The Content Specialist will be working in close collaboration with the Product Marketing, Content, Brand marketing, and Sales teams. 


As part of this role, you will be:

  • Create and edit content assets for different lead gen and brand awareness campaigns such as: eBooks, white papers, journals, surveys, and even technical guides for blog posts, social media post, or op-ed articles.
  • Post on the company’s different social media pages - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, 
  • Email Marketing - write event Invites, promotional emails, Newsletter sponsorships materials, customer communications, event invites, surveys and more.
  • Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.
  • SEO-: Create a Content SEO plan and Execute Website SEO optimization, Draft content briefs to support the overall SEO strategy.
  • Own event content and production Virtual and In-person Events and Sponsorship opportunities content - prep materials, talking points, demos, mocks, background materials, banners, swag, and more. 
  • Own the pre-event Sales team briefing meetings, Lead Gen goal, and recording for ROI reporting.



It will be awesome if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing and content creation in global fast-paced B2B companies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, The ability to distill complex ideas in understandable, relatable, and executive-friendly ways that engage readers.
  • Experience writing and editing product marketing content and creating social media briefs and writing /editing / posting social media content
  • Experience in event content production and project management.
  • Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
  • Willing to work under a remote team lead.
