Your Story:

We are looking for an Marketing Design Lead with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing design across multiple channels\platforms.

You will be the owner of the visual identity of the EX.CO brand, across our online and offline presence (website, marketing materials, social channels, strategic internal & external communications and more). You will be responsible for working with our brand style guidelines while innovating on them and reinventing them according to needs, trends, and what resonates with our current and future partners.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Own our brand’s visual identity & brand guidelines, understand them and how to take them to the next level
  • Own the visual strategy and design execution of our website, marketing materials, social channels & campaigns, email marketing & internal/external communications.
  • Be a key part of our marketing team, ideating and initiating design-focused projects that help us reach our goals.
  • Lead in-house/freelance designers as needed, to execute our goals.
  • Take an innovative design approach to create and deliver on-point visual assets.
  • Work independently and take ownership of each project, end to end.
  • Multitask on several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Product, UX\UI and Dev teams. 
  • Develop or update brand identity, standards and brand management tools as needed.

 

And it will be awesome if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience creating marketing materials in the digital space, including website design for web & mobile
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools - high familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong skills across branding projects, including multiple brand applications
  • Experience with design for brand identity, emails, ads, social media, etc.
  • A degree in visual communication design or a similar field.
  • Pixel perfect design
  • High level of written & spoken English.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, dedicated and enthusiastic about design and online experiences.
  • A great team player mentality, organized, with the ability to deliver projects on time and implement feedback.
