User Acquisition Lead

Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a sharp and passionate User Acquisition Lead to join our rapidly growing Marketing team. 

You will initiate, own and lead user acquisition programs across the company, from strategic planning to execution, including the development of creative, optimization and ROI analysis. The environment is fast-paced and teamwork oriented. You must be a creative thinker with a growth hacker mindset, innovative, analytical, independent and a quick learner.

Your challenge will be to find creative ways to utilize advanced marketing strategies, manage and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum revenue, while maintaining and enhancing our brand.

As part of this role, you will be:

  • Spreading the word of EX.CO’s website experiences platform to relevant audience with paid media, to generate inbound qualified leads and build awareness.
  • Lead user acquisition campaigns across different advertising platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Google).
  • Initiate and establish campaigns in new, relevant platforms.  
  • Initiate and lead strategic growth activities that can generate business opportunities, collaborate with other teams.
  • Work with freelance copywriters & designers on copy, creatives, landing pages and other digital assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, A/B test and constantly optimize to maximize ROI.
  • Build and manage our media plan & budget.

And it will be awesome if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing growth and demand generation channels 
  • Strong, hands-on experience with performance platforms - Google Ads, Youtube, Facebook Ads, Linkedin as well as for analytics tools.
  • Previous experience with SaaS or B2B products - a plus.
  • Data oriented with analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large data analysis.
  • Experience with digital marketing efforts on a global scale.
  • Fluent English - Verbal and written.
