Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a stellar Growth leader with B2B/SaaS experience, who’s looking to build and scale a growth marketing operation from a small, smart and feisty team to a real empire that is transforming the company. A creative but practical thinker with a real growth hacker mindset, a leader that can both strategize and inspire, but also execute and be in the details. Someone who wants to change the internet, one website experience at a time.

Your challenge will be to scale up our business quickly by generating new opportunities in ways that we have yet to think about, that deliver our brand values of engagement and interactivity, and are everything but the average B2B activation or just another boring webinar. We want you to push our creativity to the next level, and show us how it’s done.


As part of this role, you will be:

  • Leading and scaling up a team of growth marketers, with both inbound and outbound expertise, leading user acquisition, BDR/SDR and other growth activities for EX.CO’s entire global operation, across territories and audiences (publishers, ecommerce companies, advertisers and every company with a website)
  • Build a strategy, P&L, budget, dashboards and forecasting for existing and new activities.
  • Work to optimize key funnels from awareness to onboarding, and through to repeat sales and purchase.
  • Identify target audiences, users personas and intents, determine where customers are in the buyer’s journey, and the right experiences to advance them.
  • Partner cross-team with marketing and sales leads to plan, build and execute growth initiatives that drive conversion.
  • Design A/B tests and analyze the results of marketing and product experiments to determine which approach had the most impact on growth.
  • Initiate experiments that show quick results, then plan how to scale them to bring long term value to accelerate our business. 


And it will be awesome if you have:

  • 5+ years in a B2B marketing leadership role with growth responsibilities.
  • Experience leading and scaling up a marketing team at a startup.
  • Obsession with understanding our users.
  • Cross-functional marketing approach. You believe that progress is best driven through coordinated effort across functions (marketing, analytics, product, engineering), and you know how to help everyone align in the same direction.
  • Deep experience in digital marketing tactics, tools and strategy. A strong understanding of the technology and mechanics of B2B digital acquisition. Experience with both managed services and no-touch sales models, and success in managing and scaling both.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to compile and analyze data to make business decisions.
