Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a well experienced SDR/BDR Team Lead to join our rapidly growing Sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented BDRs and deploy our SDR/BDR strategy globally. 

The SDR/BDR Team Lead will oversee our outbound program and generate outbound qualified and engaged leads for EX.CO’s Global Sales team; using the most advanced sales technology, you’ll develop and implement structured processes for researching, prospecting, and the qualification of strategic leads across different regions. 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, analytical, hands-on individual with a strong drive for success, ability to work under pressure and under strict timelines.


In this role, you will be:

  • Leading a growing team of BDR & SDR superhero's.  
  • Track and analyze inbound and outbound KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Grow a pipeline of new business opportunities for EX.CO sales teams across different regions and audiences.
  • Manage multiple outbound activities under strict timelines.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to research target accounts and prospects through various channels (web, social media, LinkedIn, etc) to assess potential. 
  • Work closely with EX.CO’s Marketing and Sales departments in order to build BDR campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity. 
  • Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up communications. 
  • Develop and implement structured processes and best practices.


And it will be awesome if you have:

  • 1+ years of experience in managing BDR or SDR team
  • 2+ years of successful experience as a BDR or SDR, preferably in a SaaS company. 
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills. 
  • Highly analytical with hands-on experience in building and optimizing large sets of business data.
  • Native English speaker (or native speaker level) - Able to read, write and speak fluently in a business setting.
  • Highly proactive, positive can-do attitude.
  • Have the ability to self-motivate, prioritize and manage team members under tight deadlines.
  • Sales or digital advertising experience - advantage.
  • Previous experience with Marketing and Sales automation tools - an advantage.
