Your Story:

We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Operations team- Israeli office

You will own and lead SaaS accounts within the video advertising technology industry, aiming to increase current activity and provide technical support.

The environment is teamwork-oriented, where each team member initiates and leads projects independently. You must be proactive with a growth mindset, analytical, independent and a quick learner.

Your challenge will be to manage Customer requirements according to internal capabilities while thriving to increase profits for all ends involved. 

As part of this role, you will:

  • Manage local and international customers, while maintaining a close relationship with them through various communication channels on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Focus on acquiring new video partners, managing & scaling existing relationships.
  • Ensure that technical and business-related issues are handled quickly and appropriately.
  • Ongoing account status and progress management.
  • Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payments handling.
  • Support clients, prioritizing open issues and tasks.
  • Work closely with Product, R&D and Sales departments 


And it will be awesome if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Video Advertising Account Management.
  • Previous experience with SaaS or B2B products - a plus.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
  • Multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
  • Ability to actively drive problems to resolution.
  • Excellent team player, self-motivated, proactive, energetic and fast learner.
  • Analytical, resourceful and tech-oriented.
  • Fluent English - verbal and written.
