Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly growing Growth Marketing team. The BDR engages and prospects outbound and inbound qualified leads for EX.CO’s Global Sales team. We’re looking for a highly motivated hands-on individual with a strong drive for success, ability to work under pressure and under strict timelines.

As part of this role, you will be:

  • Generate new business opportunities for EX.CO sales teams across existing/new markets and audiences.
  • Being an integral part of the company’s sales pipeline growth through continued innovative market research. 
  • Work closely with EX.CO’s Marketing and Sales departments in order to build BDR campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity. 
  • Cold reach out by email or phone to potential prospects 
  • Using the most advanced sales technology, you’ll be researching, prospecting, and qualifying strategic contacts across regions, mainly US, UK and LATAM.
  • Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up communications. 
  • Route and handoff lead to internal teams based on predetermined qualification criteria.

And it will be awesome if you have:

  • At least 1+ year experience in BDR/SDR roles
  • Highly proactive, positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic.
  • Creative thinking, understanding the e-commerce and publishing industry
  • You have the ability to self-motivate, prioritize and manage unstructured time.
  • Digital advertising experience - advantage.
