Long story short:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development leader to join our fantastic team in London, and to be responsible for driving growth and expanding our company's market presence within publishers across the UK market.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Research and prioritize potential growth areas, taking into account factors such as size, competition, and publishers requirements.
- Manage a small team of business development managers to get the most from their roles and excel.
- Identify and establish relationships with key partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's publishers base.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Negotiate new contracts and agreements until the new deal is signed and secure and fully onboarded
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
- Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape product development, improve processes and enhance competitiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to assess progress toward targets and identify areas for improvement
And will be awesome if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in business development or sales roles in the Ad-Tech industry - preferably within the video space - with knowledge of the UK and EMEA region and local business environments.
- Management experience across enterprise sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients and partners
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented approach, capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the EMEA region as needed.
- Experience dealing with B2B challenges
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Independent and self-learner mentality, can carry projects from beginning to end as well as within a team.
