Your Story:

EX.CO is looking for an experienced product leader with a strong background in the publisher space to join our product development team and drive the strategy and growth of EX.CO’s platform product for top-tier publishers, a seven digit revenue generating product. We are looking to extend our offering with new self served video, content and personalization products that provide top user experience while enabling publishers to drive and optimize their revenues.

 

Long story short, you will:

  • Define the overall strategy of EX.CO products for the publisher market for coming months and years
  • Create and maintain a high level product roadmap for the domain you’re in charge of
  • Lead cross functional teams to hit business KPIs 
  • Drive product development leading product, UX and multiple engineering teams 
  • Lead design discussions with the product design team to produce an exceptional user experience
  • Work closely with executive management team to plan and take strategic product and planning decisions  
  • Collaborate with the product analysts team to optimize product funnels and capabilities making decisions based on relevant KPIs
  • Define go-to-market strategy and collaborate with the marketing and sales team driving new products to market
  • Become the champion of EX.CO publisher products in the organization, promoting awareness and pushing your products forward

 

   

And will be awesome if you have:

  • 8+ Years of product management experience bringing products to market pushing through full product lifecycle
  • 4+ years of product management experience in publisher vertical
  • Experience with video solutions - major advantage
  • Experience with video advertising solutions - advantage
  • Exceptional communication, leadership and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven - analysis, research and execution of features based on data.
