Your Story:
- Manage all financial aspects of the company including financial audits US GAAP, internal financial reports, tax reports, commercial agreements, billing, collection, payments etc.
- Ongoing budget control and working closely with senior management and FP&A.
- Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory entities are met regarding all the company’s financial affairs.
- Administration of other finance-related matters (insurance, partners and third-party requests, application forms, etc.) including monitoring procedures.
- Participate in fundraising rounds, M&A processes from DD to full execution, Developing KPIs.
- Work closely with the Director of Finance on ad-hock matters, ongoing, preparing analysis and presentations etc.
Requirements:
- CPA degree in accounting, big-4 accounting firm experience.
- 3+ years experience in a finance position in a global high-tech company.
- English and Hebrew- fluent written and spoken. Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the online industry – Advantage.
- Experience managing finance and tax aspects for US and UK subsidiaries.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical capabilities and business understanding, superior Excel skills.
- Experience with Priority- Advantage.
