Product Manager
Your Story:
We’re looking for a strategic, client-centric Product Manager to serve as the key link between our enterprise customers and internal product development teams. This is a market-facing position focused on understanding customer needs, building trusted relationships, and shaping product strategy. You'll be working closely with Business Development, Customer Success, and other Product Managers to support pre-sales and onboarding processes, guide client integrations, and represent the voice of the customer in product strategy discussions.
You’ll play a critical role in bridging external client needs with internal product development — identifying opportunities, documenting best practices, and helping enterprise clients unlock full value from our technology. What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the product expert in pre-sales meetings and onboarding processes for enterprise customers
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client use cases, integration needs, and business objectives
- Recommend product configurations or workflows to meet customer requirements
- Partner with BD, CS, and Ad Ops to shape product-led solutions during pre-sale and implementation
- Work with other Product Managers to scope and prioritize features that address client use cases or industry trends
- Identify internal enablement needs (tooling, AI agents, documentation, workflows) for teams supporting clients
- Act as the voice of the customer within product planning cycles
- Identify product gaps, friction points, or scalability issues based on client feedback and data
- Balance client-specific needs with product strategy to avoid unnecessary custom work
- Create and maintain clear product documentation, best practices, and configuration guides
- Contribute to internal playbooks and onboarding templates for scalable enterprise rollouts
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing with go-to-market teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management in Ad Tech, or video monetization
- Strong technical foundation, you understand APIs, SDKs, client-side and server-side integrations, and can engage confidently with engineers and technical stakeholders
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients in a strategic, consultative capacity
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (e.g., SSPs, DSPs, VAST, VPAID, header bidding, etc.)
- Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
- Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
- Familiarity with the digital publishing landscape is a plus
