As a member of our data team, you will work across the organization and provide key insights to the business operations department, helping them focus on what’s important and drive the business in the right direction.

Long story short, You will:

  • Work with various managers to learn their business insight needs, including tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, analyze huge amounts of data to identify opportunities, and drive the business to success, by providing actionable insights into the business.
  • Design, build, and maintain insightful and call-to-action dashboards, reports, and metrics, in addition to monitoring and maintaining the integrity and validity of the data.
  • Communicate and present your findings to key stakeholders around the company.
  • Manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Work closely with operations, data, R&D, finance, and other teams in the company.



It will be awesome if you have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a data/business Analyst (quantitative/statistical analysis).
  • 6+ years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong business understanding.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodology and a proven record of creating impact through testing.
  • Ability to understand data and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly, precisely, and visually appealingly to inform decision-making.
  • Quick thinker, fast learner, and problem solver who can get things done from start to finish.


It will be SUPER awesome if you have:

  • Background working in a high-tech company.
  • Experience with the ad-tech industry and monetization optimization.
  • Knowledge of Python with data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience working with big data tools: BigQuery, Athena, etc.



The pay range for this position in New York is $95,000 – $115,000
