What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on cloud cost optimization.  
• Lead Kubernetes (K8s) cluster architecture, deployment, and operations in production, including service mesh and security best practices.  
• Champion and implement GitOps methodologies (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD) for automated and reliable CI/CD processes.  
• Develop and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).  
• Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily Terraform.  
• Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).  
• Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Product teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals.  
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead incident response.  

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Cloud Engineer in production environments.  
• In-depth AWS cloud services experience.  
• Strong, hands-on Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm expertise.  
• Demonstrable experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD).  
• Proven track record in cloud cost optimization.  
• Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD pipeline development.  
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).  
• Experience with monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).  
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and security best practices.  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English; Hebrew is an advantage.

Advantages:

• Experience with serverless architectures or DevSecOps.  
• Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems or Big Data platforms.  
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, CKA).  
• Startup environment experience.
